I have a suggestion for firms transitioning to Neos in the future: I think all admins should be able to make any and all structural changes to how the software functions in PPE (Case types, check lists, case layouts and ALL Mini Directories) and have it ALL carry over to production. I think the less stress and configuration work on firm admins after go live, the better, since admins are going to have enough on their plate fielding complaints from individual users about stuff that is missing, not working or they do not know how to do yet.
