In order to streamline our workflow, it would be beneficial if Neos:
Made a pop-up of the phone log details after your phone call so you could assign and add notes, saving without having to go to the communications tab to do so
Have the phone/communications section stop prompting for you to log calls which have been made internally with coworkers
In the communications tab, have the filter remember your staff initials so you can always see yours without having to filter your initials every time you visit the communications tab
