Writing styles are very personal, and this extends to how our emails look and present to the reader. With Neos being a highly customizable program with an integration to Outlook--which is highly customizable as to theme fonts, size and color--it would be great to be able to set your own email default settings within your Staff Profile so that your emails reflect how you want to present yourself. When we add our signature block, it includes different fonts than what is available in Neos, so consistency in appearance is also desired.

Neos has so very many "bells and whistles that I dont use...this should be an easy fix. And why is there no spell correct??
Agreed. My attorney wants to use a specific font. He should be able to have his emails look how he wants them to look
