What happened here? My team and I are trying to decide if we can afford additional treatment for a client on a specific case. And here we are pulling out our 1970s calculators trying to add value items.
The subtotals option gives you the value for a the entire case, and unfortunately in personal injury, it doesn't work that way. Each individual client has x amount of funding within the case. Therefore, being able to see the total for 1 specific client is of extreme importance.
I saw your previous response saying you will take care of it in the next couple days. We are hoping this is a priority. Most decisions we make on our cases depend on the total medicals to date for any given case.
We need this feature back. Thank you for your prompt attention.
