The viewing of a document in and using NEOS PDF Editor is cumbersome. You cannot take advantage of the entire computer screen, it is like a smaller screen within a smaller screen view. Side by side view is so tiny that you cannot use it. The viewer should pop out from NEOS case management. NEOS PDF editor should allow a full screen view. I am not sure who came up with this idea but it must not have been a lawyer or a paralegal. These are documents and we need to be able to view them as we wood any document and edit them but to work with the documents you need to have a clear view and a full view. This needs to be fixed.
