Can we just eliminate this altogether? In this day and age, it's probably best to address client letters without a prefix at all. "Dear John Smith" or "Dear Mary Smith" is really all you need. If the prefix isn't selected in the name details on the party tab, you don't get a prefix at all. Just eliminate it altogether.
