Staff receiving many messages a day can miss important Neo messages even thought it may have a red exclamation point next to it, important message's could stand out more if the message could also appear also as an Outlook email,in certain situations when email communication are predominatly the task of the day, the standout of a Neos message in a Outlook mailbox could prevent the message from being missed, it would be a helpfull feature if a Neo message could have the choice of being also sent to a staff's email

This is a settings issue and you can set your Neos notifications to send you an outlook email instead.
