Presently, you cannot audit deletions from provider notes or track deletions of provider notes in the activity feed. This is an important feature.
Per Neos support, "After doing some research, it seems as though Neos does not currently have a way to check for what Provider Notes have been deleted. The closest feature we have is the Activity Feed, which does not track changes made to Provider information yet. However, I agree that that feature would be very helpful, and I can see other firms making use of it."
