How is this not a feature already? Or at least allowing documents in the file to be linked in the email! This way if my staff messages me "Please review this document" I can actually view the attachment or click on it rather than diving through the case file.

I agree. This is a missing link that can increase efficiency. Currently I am required to email attachments to staff and then save the email to the notes.
