Can Assembly look into some sort of server upgrades and/or redundancy for Neos so that when the system goes down (or starts DRAGGING like it is today), our entire office doesn't just grind to a halt in the middle of the workday? I know it sounds snarky, and outages happen, but it's honestly infuriating.
If nothing else, maybe create some sort of "system status" page so that when there are outages, we know that it's not just us — and so that we can tell that Assembly is at least aware of the issue?

Agreed. we've had long outages or speed slowing to crawl making the platform unusable multiple times in the last couple of months.
