It would be nice if there was a way to merge duplicate contacts in the address book. We currently have many, many, duplicate contacts because of the way trialworks transferred over to neos. Some of the contacts have notes attached to them; however, Neos does not allow you to move the note to another contact or delete it--there is no option to do anything with the note. I can't delete the duplicate contacts or else (I assume) I'm deleting the note. Since I can't move the note from one contact to another, I'd like to be able to merge the contacts together, into one contact.

how can we delete dublicate providers from our address book
You have to manually copy and paste each note and document into the new contact/provider. Please update so bulk editing of notes and documents works for contacts/providers same way it does for cases.
This is a basic database management tool we need to keep good clean data.
You can currently "merge" contacts by replacing one with the one you are keeping. However, any data like notes you'd have to copy & paste into the correct contact.
