Just as checklist items can trigger from the entry of a case date, would like to be able to set up triggers linked to a class code change. For example, using an AUX checklist for litigated matters adds EVERY litigation contingency, which will not be applicable to every litigated case. But if checklist items were trigger-able from class code changes, then each case could get JUST the items needed as it needs them.
this is a much more reasonable solution.
There should be an auto populate checklist for all phases of a case. For example, when you change from LEAD to INITIAL or OPEN or TREATING a set of checklists populate to send out initial letters to clients, insurance company, doctors, etc.
