We need to be able to batch print from Neos. Maybe I am missing something, but we should be able to print numerous documents from the case docs screen once generated and bulk print either by opening them up in Sharepoint or allowing open in Word and all the docs merging as one document to allow a bulk print. I believe Needles used to do this.

YES, please. It is taking me triple the amount of time (if not more) to do all the initial stuff on a new file than it took in needles. Neos is so time consuming. Being able to merge all the initial docs into one in word like Needles would be so helpful and save us case managers so much time and allow us to focus on other things.

merging and printing only one letter at a time is very time consuming
Not being able to bulk print in Neos is almost comical. Litigation requires bulk printing of massive amounts of documents. For example, DPS might send us 400+ photos from the scene and we have to print them for evidence in a trial. We are having to click each document, print, and then close, reopen the next and print again. Our attorneys are more old school and require ALOT of printing. This is a deal break for us!

Being able to bulk select documents and print would be the most ideal when several documents need printed at once.
We also should be able to mass print from the Browse Documents tab, not just on a case by case basis.
