In document tab when you have a list of items that you want to include in a merge into document. This happens both when you are selecting records from our user defined tab and from the time tab see screen shots attached.
From the records tab you need the provider first not entry id who knows what those numbers represent.
On the time tab they all show the same thing.
Please help so we can get our work done.
