Since the update in June, defense counsel name is appearing improperly. The name is now appearing last name first, first name last. This working fine before the release and when I called in it (thinking is was a glitch with the update), I was told this was done to be designed this way. This needs to fixed, I've never seen an attorneys name listed like this on pleading documents.

Didn't this get fixed before? It's now a problem again and they say it's hard coded that way. It was working fine a few months ago.
Please also include the counsel email as most service is done these days via email.
Why would this be intentional. That's unlike anything i've ever seen or heard of.
