Assigning tasks to staff members is a daily occurrence. It would be great to be able to give a task to a staff member and have a way to confirm that the task was completed.
Maybe the ability to assign a task by sending a message to a staff member, with the option on the message screen to create a To Do in the Checklist with a follow up option for a defined period of time.
Creating a message, then two checklist items is time consuming. There should be a one step process.
