This would be very helpful

It would be great to have the ability to edit the refresh like other dashboards so people can have it refresh rates (Never, 30seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes)

once you change it in the case, you should not have to then refresh the Needles today. That is too many clicks for me.

The checklist is one of the slowest tabs on Neos. It's refresh time is excruciatingly slow.

I actually do not like the idea of this feature request. At one time, the program was doing this and it was horrible when you were trying to check off more the one item because you had to wait for the program to keep refreshing, which was time consuming and I do not have time to wait for each item to refresh one at a time. I'd rather be able to check multiple items at one time and the refresh all at once. PLEASE NEOS do not implement this feature.
