Assigning an attorney to a case field is REQUIRED, but Neos let's the file be saved and exited without an attorney. Why have REQUIRED fields that aren't enforced?
ALSO... please fix Neos so all required fields on an intake must be satisfied in order to turn an intake into a case. Currently, a user can leave any required field on an intake blank and Neos will allow the same user to create a case from the Intake that is missing required data.
