Adding a address column to the QB integrator would be make it easier for users to ensure that the correct provider was selected. Many providers will have multiple locations and having the address there would simplify confirmation of the correct provider being chosen.

I'm surprised this doesn't have more votes. It's a strange oversight to include a phone number column, but not an address column.
