User would like to be able to pin notes in the note tab at the top for importance. Currently in needles 5 this is not a feature. We can sort but we can't pin and give them a label of importance
agree with "flag" or "star" as being "hot/important"; this can fluctuate during the case; the more notes the more critical this becomes; mere chronology sorting does not address user's needs
Pinning a note is a great idea -- but it may be better if there was a way to flag or highlight important notes for they stand out and can be easily found
