Currently, in order to deploy the outlook add-in for multiple users inside of a VDI enviroment, IT would have to install it for the user for every machine, and for firms that are of a larger size, this can be extremely time-consuming. Please create, and provide a mass deployment tool/utility that allows the installation of the add-in because currently, likely due to an inability for Microsoft to verify the publisher, all users are prompted to install the Needles 5 Outlook addin, and this isn't always best for users to see on their first day in their Needles Case Management Software.
