Neos - Notes - Add ability to Filter Note Topic Drop Down

Firm has many Note Topics. Firm would like ability to filter/search Note Topic Drop Down when Adding a Note and when using the Filter option on the Notes tab to search for notes

Add print button on intake

It is much more efficient and trackable to put intakes first into Needles instead of handwriting them, but we still need a paper copy of the intake for the Attorneys and Paralegals to review when the lead comes in for an interview.

Email Type

In Providers it would be helpful to be able to type a description in Email Types, instead of choosing Business, Other, Personal, like we are able to do with phones.

Neos: Allow more than 2 columns to the tab layout.

Currently, with only having 2 columns, the tabs become very lengthy. We should have the option to have 3 or 4 columns of fields assuming the length of the fields permit. Our tabs are much too cumbersome and long.

Only Show Open Appointments on Dashboard "My Appointments"

Presently, the dashboard shows all calendar items under "My Appointments" even those that are completed or have been marked canceled on the calendar. It would be nice to only show open items in the dashboard to reduce clutter and confusion.

Reply All

It would be helpful if the Reply All button on message details was on the main screen and not under the three dot menu.
