Only Show Open Appointments on Dashboard "My Appointments"

Presently, the dashboard shows all calendar items under "My Appointments" even those that are completed or have been marked canceled on the calendar. It would be nice to only show open items in the dashboard to reduce clutter and confusion.

Allow the "To" column to be sorted by ascending or descending

Allow the existing sort ascending & descending options to be used for the "To" column located in the emails section of the notes tab.

It would be helpful if the Reply All button on message details was on the main screen and not under the three dot menu.

Outlook plugin: file emails in outlook

Move any filed emails using the Neos plugin to a "Neos" folder - similar to how Trialworks plugin works. Or better - be able to specify folder.

Outlook Plugin: case name search

Provide option to search by case name rather than the generic "name" Or at minimum, sort "name" results by open cases, then closed cases, then names.

The ability to print a message

It would be wonderful to have a print option to print an individual message. There is no way to print a message out.
