Automatically adjust Checklist due dates for weekends and holiday

The ability to automatically adjust checklist due dates for weekends and holidays. Allow the user to adjust at the case type or case level on when they would want the checklist item to be due, either before or after the weekend or identified holiday.

Unrelated Medicals should automatically zero out.

If medical bills entered are deemed to be unrelated, the remaining balance should automatically zero the balance out when that code is used. Otherwise you have to reduce each balance to zero.

Neos - Notes - Add ability to Filter Note Topic Drop Down

Email Type

In Providers it would be helpful to be able to type a description in Email Types, instead of choosing Business, Other, Personal, like we are able to do with phones.

Add print button on intake

It is much more efficient and trackable to put intakes first into Needles instead of handwriting them, but we still need a paper copy of the intake for the Attorneys and Paralegals to review when the lead comes in for an interview.

Ability to sort files by application type!

If we are able to see the application type in our documents tab it would be really nice to be able to sort by those application types and do advanced searches by them as well.

Permissions on Premium Texting

Set permissions on staff usage of the premium texting feature to ensure some staff members arent using text... particularly for certain responses... even if the client sent a text.

Add fields that are not writeable but simply mirror other fields

Would be useful to have the ability to add fields in other tabs that simply mirror the data in another tab. The mirror field can be not writeable but needs to constantly change as we update the master field. We sometimes want to have the same info...

Add a thread or comments to Notes

It would be helpful to add a comment or start a thread on an existing note. Something similar to a Facebook post, that way all the information regarding that topic or situation can stay in one place instead of having to search through multiple notes.
