Settlement Memo for Less Previously Paid for client should be itemized. This way, a client does not ask where these charges came from. We notice this on the standard settlement report.

Name Search to open Party Tab of Case

Currently when you open a case from a Name Search, the case opens to the Case tab, in Needles the case would open the Party Tab of a case when searching for Names.

Neos - SharePoint Link - Back on Case Tab

With the Jan 25 Update users have to go to the Documents Tab and go to Settings to access SharePoint link for the documents of a case. Users would like to have the hyperlink in the Case Tab again for easier access.

There should be a function in the document section that allows the user to Print Word Document to Neos PDF which saves the newly created PDF in the client folder in the document section and in sharepoint. Then the newly created PDF opens in NEOS P...

Automatically adding staff 1 and 2 to calendar events when scheduling an event

When a calendar event is scheduled - instead of having to add attendees - staff 1 and staff 2 could pull in automatically. If that is too generic, perhaps make anything coded as a "meeting" pull in staff 1 and 2 automatically.

Add credit card charges to integrator

Obviously we use credit card to pay for reports as well as other things for cases. It seems crazy that this is not on option in the integrator.

Birthday Reports should allow us to filter by month for a list

We should be able to use a simple filter for just a month to do a birthday list. It would be a simple query by just using the number for the corresponding month.
