"date created" in docs

It's not the date the document was created...it's the date it was last accessed.

When using the Value Calculator on an existing Value entry, the "number of periods" should always be set to either 1.00 or 0.00 as a matter of course.

When a user goes into an existing Value transaction, "Fee" as an example, when they click on the calculator icon it will display a rounded up percentage of the last period number they'd entered. It would be more useful to have it display at a 1.00...

Neos: Filter in the Outlook Add-in to limit by Open Cases Only or List by Date Opened newest to oldest or by staff assigned

This is very helpful if you have someone with a very common name that garners a lot of results when you search by name.

Have the ability to respond to Neos messages from the note tab.

This would be helpful if the note wasn't sent to you but you need to respond.

Please reorganize the notes tab back to the layout it was prior to the 9/27/23 update. It is now in 'side by side' view when viewing the note in full screen and we would prefer the note to go across the bottom of the screen as it did previously. T...

Neos: Ability to print or export items from Sent Messages, to include the whole message

It would be very helpful to be able to print or export messages from the inbox (any folder) with the full contents of the message.

open email in Outlook get green notice email successfully sent

Please don't give me a green notice that email was successfully sent when I only opened the email in Outlook! It is a very panicky moment even though I believe it does not actually send it as far as I can tell.
