PDF Editor - OCR'ing and ability to edit text in scanned documents

Right now with the PDF Editor it looks like scanned documents are not being OCR'ed. We would like to be able to search and edit text in these documents.

New calendar event default time increment to 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes

Firm only schedules events in 30 minute increments so it would be beneficial for the calendar to default to 30 minute increments instead of 15 to not have to change it manually

Put Active Users at top of Calendar Search

The Staff Calendar option in the search box in the Calendar currently shows all people ever in the database in alphabetical order. It would be easier to find events in current employee calendars if Active users were listed before non-Active users.
