Ask to SAVE

Instead of asking if we want to LEAVE a screen, just ask if we want to SAVE so we can say, "YES" and move on.

Notification Sound

Play a notification sound when a new message is received. In Needles 4 when a new message was received you would hear " You have a new message". I never thought I would miss hearing that...but I do.

When scheduling, a conflict box should come up if there is a conflict present

In Needles 4, you would get a warning box if there was a conflict and you could choose to ignore it or deal with it. However, this version does not do that.

Search results show if there is an open case associated with the name.

Would be really helpful if you could see if there is an open case associated with a name directly from search results without having to select each name. Especially for common names.

A tag to spell out Value sums.

Some firms would like for the sums of value items in their cases that are transcribed into templates to read not only as numbers, but as words, similar to how one would write things out in a check.

Neos: Ability to save international phone numbers

We have clients that have phone numbers outside of the United States. It would be beneficial to be able to save international numbers, as well as WhatsApp numbers.
