Highlight checklist item to add

When selecting a new checklist item to add it does not highlight which one you are adding. If you select the incorrect one on accident, you will not know until it is added.

Option for text messages to post to notes instead of case docs

We would like for there to be an option for text responses (.txt files) to be posted to notes instead of case docs. This will make it easier from an organization standpoint and allow all correspondence to be n the same place. Thank you

Neos: Ability to see more than just last 5 cases or providers searched or accessed.

It would be nice for us to have the option to show last 10, 20, 30 cases or providers. For example, when you click on Search, you only see last 5.

The entry ID in the Insurance tab should be hidden from Advanced search criteria as the IDs can duplicate after copying to another case.

Please unscramble the provider name when you click copy name and address as it is pasting the name backwards

It would be efficient for this to be corrected as I use this feature for doing my job. This use to work correctly now since update it has not worked.
