Need an ability to prevent people from accessing SharePoint.

There needs to be a way (permission) to prevent staff from accessing the SharePoint folder from within Neos. A control for deactivating the button to access SharePoint. THIS IS CRITICAL - PLEASE

Customizable colors for staff calendars

We would like to assign custom colors to staff member calendars for easy identification. This would also be helpful since the colors of the redesigned Neos calendar are very garish and unappealing.

Add toggle option to turn off event preview window in the Neos calendar

Add in a toggle option so users can turn off the preview panel that appears when hovering over events in the calendar.

Add the ability to tag multiple documents at once.

Users may be uploading large quantities of documents at once. Needing to tag each document individually can be inconvenient, especially if there's hundreds of documents that will be tagged the same.

A new layout manager field that acts as a note.

In layout manager, there should be an option that allows for static text. As of now, there is no option that allows you to leave text that does not have a checkbox, text box, etc. Firms are looking to add notes to a few sections.

Duplication check when adding a new name - check email and phone number fields

It would be nice when entering a new contact that their email address or phone number already exists within the system. This can help reduce duplication.
