You changed something that didn’t need to be changed which is unproductive. I have to do extra clicks/steps to see the entire name of my documents.

Please change it back to where I can see the entire name of my document without having to click on the ellipsis and then "Autofit all Columns" every time I am in and out of a file or going back and forth in the different tabs for that matter. Than...

Problem when entering a new Party or Provider into Neos: When entering an address for a party, if there is no zip code extension, Neos auto-fills the City, State, County and Country, which is great. However, if there is a zip code extension, Neos erases the auto-filled City, State, County and Country. Please fix this, because having the auto-fill info is helpful.

Permissions on Premium Texting

Set permissions on staff usage of the premium texting feature to ensure some staff members arent using text... particularly for certain responses... even if the client sent a text.

Add a thread or comments to Notes

It would be helpful to add a comment or start a thread on an existing note. Something similar to a Facebook post, that way all the information regarding that topic or situation can stay in one place instead of having to search through multiple notes.
