Advanced Search - User Defined Date Fields Not Sorting By Latest/Earliest

Currently, User Defined Fields on an advanced search sort in number order instead of by most recent or oldest. Example Of The Current "Descending" sort: 08/28/2024 08/27/2019 01/01/2053 When it should be: 01/01/2053 08/28/2024 08/27/2019

Have an option to open the special note full screen

Add Client Name & Case Link in OUtlook Appointment

Currently the only information that shows up on the appointment in Outlook is the clients case numbers. Which we do not know by memory, I think the clients name should be listed in the OUtlook appt as well as a link to the case in needles neos.
