Full access controls including visibility.

We should have the ability to control access at a field level for each user and Group, the controls should include visibility settings that will allow us to hide or show fields based on the current user.

Development panel for administrators

It would be beneficial to have the developer panel that would allow us to run SQL Queries at the very least. A fully functioning shell scripting tool would be even better.

Allow Attachments to be saved to Email being sent when tagged rather than having to go to Sent folder to tag email to get documents to attach to email being sent.

When I am sending an email, I have to send the email, then go to the sent folder and then tag the email so get the documents to attach. This is very inefficient. When using Needles, I could hit "Send and Post to Needles" and never had to go to the...

Column sorting in Case Docs - Folder View

Documents cannot be sorted by ANY column when using the folder view in case docs tab. You have to use the list view, then also filter by the category. Folder contents should be able to be sorted, especially by date, as that would almost give a doc...

Return to the same place in a list when returning to the list view from an entry.
