Merge Parameter is needed for Party ID Code Description

Merge docs can show only the PARTY ID NUMBERS #1-6, But it can't display what it IS (usually race or handicapped status).

Remove the requirement to enter a value code when entering time or at least make it an option.

Without this it will throw off case totals on our reports

Change the "Archive Intake" button to say "Reject Intake"

Change the "Archive Intake" button to say "Reject Intake." This is a change of verbiage from the older method and it is causing confusion on the proper procedure to reject an intake.

On the request tab user would like the phone number to be displayed first not the fax

Be able to close all open cases at once, any time.

Currently we're only able to "close all tabs" when we have far too many open at one time. Otherwise, when we have say 10 or so open, each one individually must be closed. Keeping the "close all tabs" button available at all times seems easy enough...

a notification for when a case is assigned to you, just like how it now happens for when an intake is assigned to you

Its useful seeing the blue notification by the upper right hand alarm bell for a new intake. Our firm would find this even more useful if this could occur when a "case" is assigned to someone, and not just an "intake"
