Neos - Remove the Address from being required
Currently in Neos, when adding a new intake an address must be added. The address is not always collected on the initial call with the client so would be nice to not see this as a required field.

Neos - Time entry toggle for minutes/decimal format
Some firms are used to entering time in decimal format (e.g. entered as ".4 hours") and would like the ability to toggle between entering time as minutes or decimals.

Adding Case Dates to Case Type -- Add/Remove should move when scrolling
The add/remove icons should move when you scroll through the list when creating or removing case dates from a Case Type. They currently are set at the top of the form and you must scroll back up the list when you want to add a date.

In the case type set up user would like to limit the amount of staff he sees in the assigned to section
User would like to instead of making the inactive, limit or get rid of some staff from the drop down column when in case tab, assigned to field.

User would like to be able to edit or delete the ud fields in the documents tab
Currently their isn't a way to edit the documents tab in tab set up or layout manager. User would like to delete the ud field in the case docs tab because he doesn't use them.

Fix the current product before adding new features!
Every single time I use the product I get errors which require support and stopping working and lots of downtime. Please please please stabilize the existing NEOS system before adding new features.

User would like the case info to show all provider associates in other tabs like counsel and insurance
When going in to outlook and using the neos outlook addin in case Info. User wants to see all the provider cases they are associated with like if they are in the insurance or counsel tab.

Neos- Add multiple tasks to 1 Time entry
Currently in Neos you can only add 1 task code per time entry which is not convenient for us because at least 2 tasks are needed each time. Would help if you can multi-select task codes in 1 Time entry.
