Ability to Create Intake from Email

Would like the ability for an answering service to send an email with Intake contact info that they could then create the intake from instantly, instead of using the import intake from file.

Block the ability to change checklist items to other staff

If you remove the ability for staff to modify the checklst, this includes modifications to their own checklist items such as status. This permission should block the ability to modify everything except for the status. That way changes are not made...
