Add a Subtotal Button on the Time Tab

Currently, they can only run a report to get a subtotal of time on a case. They would like a Subtotals button similar to the one on the Value tab.

Phone number type should be an editable mini directory

If I want to add in a Phone type of Emergency, I have to add it manually to each case. It would be good to have the phone type be a mini directory so that I can add 'Emergency' into the list.

Ability to update link to files in ANY sharepoint directory.

We archive files that are more than a few years old in a separate archive directory. Would like for the program to track location outside of CaseFiles directory--possibly adding a firm-wide setting that authorizes the archival site?
