Add option to save checklist layout when rearranging the columns or adding columns to view

To make it more streamlined when opening the checklist tab have it save the user preferences for width, arrangement, and added columns in the view

Neos Document Generation - Auto Fill

If you have a prompt for a Plaintiff, and there is only one plaintiff in the case, have it auto-fill the field in the generation screen. This will save countless mouse clicks to have the fields already populated.
