Ability to drag and drop tags when editing details of a document

I want my tags to be in a specific order. When I am editing the details of a document, I want the ability to drag and drop tags in the order I want so that I don't have to delete them all and re-add them.

Link to SharePoint from CaseDocs tab, not Case tab

Would be helpful to be able to access the sharepoint folder form the Case Docs tab, rather than having to navigate away to the Case tab.

Time Entries - Ability of adding time entries when entering notes at the same time

Neos Calendar be able to right click select done or change state of calendar item

There is no quick way to mark a calendar item as done. You have to go into the item itself when that is not necessary. It adds more clicks and windows than should be necessary to quickly mark something done.

Ring Central Notifications

There should be an option in settings to choose who gets notified on inbound calls and outbound calls. Not all employees need to know what calls came into the office.
