Link handling for emailing notes from the notes tab

User would like to be able to open an email when click action>email note and send> open in outlook in the desktop version

Allow tagging and send in one action

When tagging outgoing emails, one should have the option of tagging and sending in one fell swoop instead of having to go hit "send" separately (like Needles "Post and Send"). This is inefficient.

Cloud: Place "To" and "From" Boxes for dates for the "Reschedule" function in the case calendar.

The calendar should show a box with the scheduled date, as well as another box for the new date.

Checklist Summary - add filter for open or closed cases.

When I run a checklist summary for open checklist items, I should not see open checklist items in closed cases. Please add a filter to allow me to select Open cases only.
