On the reports button can we please get a search bar that says allows us to type the exact report instead of us having to scroll down and find each report manually

NEOS TASK BUTTON

Can we implement a task button in NEOs to where we can request a task to be done for a certain case and set a deadline for that task to be completed?

BEING ABLE TO RECIEVE EMAILS DIRECTLY INTO NEOS CASEFILE - WHEN CAN MAIL OUT BUT DO NOT RECIEVE EMAILS IN AUTOMATICALLY (IF THIS COULD BE SOLVED IT WOULD BE IN)

As it stands we are able to email out of NEOs but if someone responds to said email back it does not allow go into the case file. Can we please fix that.

When you open up a case and save information it should looked like its saved by being fixed and then allow us to hit an edit button if we want to change the information. Although I know the data is saved the appearance doesn't look like it
