Outlook Add-In - Ability to see a list of cases a provider is attached to in addition to the cases where they are a party

1. Make "Type of Feedback" required - states that he often forgets to make a selection 2. Give the ability to attach images/screenshots - since he cannot attach these it requires additional emails to get them to us.

checklist on main page

The checklist on main page doesn't have a "refresh" button. If changes are made to a checklist inside a case, there's no way to refresh your checklist?!
