Bring back prior Party tab layout

For some reason someone decided it was a good plan to change the layout of the party tab in last nights update. WHY?? It was perfect before. Please change it back!

Add an address field to the QB integrator

The QB Needles integrator should include the providers address. phone numbers and emails are nice but some firms rely on the address to differentiate between office locations.

Party Tools Ribbon - Cases for Party should be an option on the Party Tools Ribbon

Currently, you can only find Cases for Party on the Case ribbon. It is not intuitive to look on the Case ribbon when you are on the Party tab.

Make Type of Feedback required on Needles 5 Feedback form

1. Make "Type of Feedback" required - states that he often forgets to make a selection 2. Give the ability to attach images/screenshots - since he cannot attach these it requires additional emails to get them to us.

Mentions in provider notes should work same as case notes

User would like to be able to open an email when click action>email note and send> open in outlook in the desktop version
