Neos - Add ability to filter Dashboards by "Our Client"

In reports, you can filter different reports by "Our Client", however this same filter is not available for Dashboards. Would love to see this available in Dashboards as well.

have Neos offer file-name suggestions based on the email subject line, as in TW -

may save the search (aka time). Also, have it jump to the 1st letter of a typic, vs. Having to scroll through an endless list of redundant suggestions.

Auto tab from Notes Topic dropdown to note body field, upon hitting enter (NEOS)

When client goes into notes, and hits the topic dropdown and hits enter to select, they want the cursor to auto-tab down into the note body.

Dashboards - Auto-Update Date Filters

If a firm is using date filters that are not pre-set, the filters should update on a daily basis so the firm does not have to update them every day.

When generating a report, one should be able to filter out the results. In the picture below, I've generated a report of case listings by Alternate Case Number 2. I should then be able to filter the Alternate Case Number 2 column within the report...

Notes field accessible to contacts that aren't providers

When putting a regular contact into Neos, it would be helpful to have a place to describe why this person/contact reached out or what they needed.

Search Screen Add Staff 2 under Cases

Add Staff 2 to the Sreach screen as a Search By criteria, as a column about Cases and as a Column Chooser.

SSO module requires you to click next to login in, hitting enter on your keyboard does not work.

When prompted for the company ID with the SSO module hitting enter does nothing. You have to actually click next to login. Not a major issue just some quality of life.
