Add a default cost/case expenses tab

This should be mandatory in each case and transfer over to the settlement tab as every law firm has cost in which they have paid on the case and also cost which are still outstanding. Example attached

Make Neos more visually appealing by adding increasing photo size of our client and their damages and listing totals of the medial bills paid and still owed in big bold letters

Make neos more visually appealing by adding photos of our clients and their property damage or injury photos when entering into a case instead of having to go to just the photos photo. Let the case manager decide what photos he or she wants to set...
