ICONS/Sections should be re arranged to make more sense or allow the users to move sections up and down

Icons/Sections should be able to be reorganized by the firm administrator Intake Parties Accident Information or something similar

Change ICON buttons allow and add more options to chose from and rearrange icons button. We should be able to choose from a list of icons of how to display on our neos as well as choose what tabs we want to put first and which ones to put last
