Show Colors on Document Types within the Document Type Settings menu

Neos - Ability to send Case Note via Neos message

Removing the requirement or selecting the time increment or if you could add quarter of the hour increments

Disable Call Notifications

Call Notifications clog up the Notifications on Neos and potentially block more important ones. Users should be able to disable these Notifications.
