make Neos message pop ups appear over all applications and stay longer than a mere few seconds

I miss Neos messages all day if I spend 80% of my time in other applications, word, email, the web, adobe, etc... and devoting even part of one of my screens in dormant fashion just so I can try to catch the Neos message pop up is a huge waste of ...

Merge Prompt Field Dropdown Auto Close

When generating a document, it seems as though after making a selection from a dropdown, it should automatically close instead of having to click "outside" the dropdown for it to disappear.

"Favorite" option & view for documents

If we could select a checkbox or symbol for documents that are referenced multiple times throughout a case and then have an option to view "Favorites". That would be AWESOME!

Add Date to Value List

It would be helpful if you could see the entry date without opening each and every entry. In needles, you could see and sort the list by date. When you have several settlements in each case, it is helpful to see the input date of the entry.

Request templates should launch from Records Request Tab directly.

It would be much more efficient to launch the requests directly from the request entry, rather than entering the request and then generating from the case docs tab.
