Removing the requirement or selecting the time increment or if you could add quarter of the hour increments

Without this it will throw off case totals on our reports

Abitliy to Export Reports in Word/docx. format

While you can export Settlement statment reports into .pdf or .docx., all other reports in Neos can only be exported as a .pdf, preventing the abitliy to make any edits/changes. Would like to export all reports as either .pdf or .docx.

Make Provider Phone and Fax Numbers Searchable in Advanced Searches!

Notes can quick fill, similar to texting

Cloud - Set Default Search
