Remove the Neos Contact ID When Printing Checks

When adding vendors/customers the ID associated to contacts in Neos is appended to the name if there are duplicates. Having the "print name on check as" set to the contact name without the ID would save time.

Neos - Templates/Documents Tab - Add ability to choose NOT to add the merged template to the Documents tab

Firm uses merge templates for Notes that don't need to necessarily be attached to the case. They would like to add the ability to choose whether to attach a merge template to the Docs tab.
