Zapier Integration Should Identify Names Already in the System

It would be great if Zapier entered leads could identify parties already entered into the system. We spent a lot of time deleting duplicates.

Neos: Please add Deceased or Minor indication in the case header next to the person's name

This will allow the users to very easily determine if the client is deceased or a minor without having to look on the Party tab.

Neos - Default Party Role Setting

Would like the setting to select which role a party will be defaulted to rather than having to change from "Neos Default" to "Plaintiff". Firms would like to have the ability to choose which role is selected as the default.

Document types and categories

It would be useful if you didn't have to choose a document type to be able to choose a document category when adding a document to a case. Not everyone uses a document type.

Zapier - If Last Name is not provided - auto create as Unknown

When an intake is imported via Zapier, the Last Name is required. If you don't have the Last Name, the intake gets rejected. It would be great if the last name could autopopulate to Unknown if it is not filled out in the triggering event.
